ASP.NET Datagrid with MySQL (updates)

This was a quick follow-up to the original ASP.NET DataGrid and MySQL sample because I forgot to include the Visual Basic version in the first post.

If you use the sample, update the connection string in web.config before running it. Like the original version, it was only lightly tested in debug mode, so it is best treated as a starter example rather than production-ready code.
